Consultations and assessments provide detailed insight for personalized integrative treatment of cancer. In order to determine the best healing strategies and plan for your unique body and health history, it is vital to review your medical information prior to scheduling your consultation. Please follow the steps below to get started.

Oncology Acupuncture
For initial oncology consults and initial acupuncture appointments, please call our office at (845) 233-5672 or email us.
Integrative Oncology Services
Before we can schedule you for any of Integrative Oncology services we will need you to fill out a medical release form as well as intake forms so that our Integrative Specialist, Amber Merkens, can receive the necessary medical records to review your case, which will be overseen by Dr. Silverman.

To start the process please fill out or inquiry form HERE and our Integrative Specialist will get back to you within 48 business hours. If you are unable to fill out he form, please call our office at (845) 233-5672.

Please Note: You will not be scheduled for an appointment until all of your intake documents are completed, your required medical records are received, and Amber and Dr. Silverman have reviewed your paperwork. You may be asked for additional information before scheduling your appointment.

All other intake forms will be sent to you by our Integrative Specialist.
Payment will be collected at the time of service. Depending on the service, a superbill with relevant codes can be provided to you at your visit so you can submit it to your insurance for potential reimbursement. IV's & Vitamin Booster Shots are not covered by insurance. However, you may be able to put several of our services towards your Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
All other integrative services such as Vitamin IV's, Oncology Massage, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Colon Hydrotherapy, etc., can be scheduled by calling/text our office at (845) 233-5672 or scheduling via our online booking site HERE.
