Our integrative nurse coaching consultations are designed to help those navigating a variety of physical, mental, and emotional health challenges that can come with a cancer diagnosis, autoimmune issues, chronic pain, pregnancy, female health concerns, or any other condition or life event that may require professional integrative guidance. The goal of our integrative nurse coaching consultations is to help patients make positive shifts towards transformative and healthy outcomes, elevating and nourishing the mind, body, and spirit.

Maria Alberts MSN, RN, NC-BC., brings over twenty years of nursing experience to the Pellegrino team. Maria received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the College of New Rochelle and her Masters Degree in Holistic Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. A holistic nurse with an extensive background in surgical services, Maria provides top-tier, integrative patient care. Maria holds certifications as a Certified Ambulatory Perianesthesia Nurse, Board Certified Nurse Coach, and trained practitioner of the Heartmath Breathing Technique. Maria’s passion for holistic health and healing expanded when her children were toddlers, as her knowledge about the world of health and wellness grew. She is currently expanding her knowledge base and skill set by working on a course for integrative healthcare practitioners and completing her level 2 reiki certification. With her years of experience, compassionate nature, and willingness to support her community, Maria aspires to help patients improve physically and mentally for whole-body wellness.
