What is a Salt Cave?
Our very own Himalayan Salt Cave’s floor and walls are made out of 100% real Himalayan rock salt, creating a pristine and anti-microbial environment. Halotherapy is included in every meditation and breathwork session, meaning our top-of-the-line halogenerator is turned on, allowing for specialized and crystallized salt to permeate the cave’s air. As you sit and breathe in the salty air during your session, the anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits of halotherapy are helping improve respiratory health, boost immune function, decrease stress and depression, elevate mood and energy, improve sleep, and combat skin conditions.
